The Help Desk is located in Student Computer Center in the Fine Arts Building, Room 171, on the Cheyenne Main Campus. The Help Desk helps LCCC students, faculty and staff to access all LCCC technology, including EaglesEye, D2L and LCCC wi-fi. The Help Desk also helps LCCC faculty and staff with computing and audio/visual problems in offices and computer labs.

Fall and Spring Semester Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Summer Semester Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday - Sunday: Closed
